Henk and Mardi, the hosts, were knowledgeable and provided great suggestions for places to visit. We couldn't explore them all in our three-day stay, so we plan to return next year.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with kids.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming guesthouse. the bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious linen. the daily housekeeping ensured our room was always clean. the small kitchenette was a great bonus for us as we could prepare our own meals. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. the highlight for us was the superb sized swimming pool where we were able to relax and soak up the sun. We also appreciated the prompt response from the hosts when we requested sun loungers.

We felt totally at home during our stay and have no complaints.

Beautifully restored historic manor house with a charming garden and yard area. The friendly hosts offer great tips and recommendations about the area. The air-conditioned room with a kitchenette was a great convenience. The breakfast was amazing with delicious food options.

The bathroom is open plan with no door in between. The wifi was intermittent and didn't work well in the room.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location in a very upmarket area surrounded by a spacious and quiet garden adds to the serenity of the place. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The room amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, a patio, and free toiletries, were top-notch and added an extra touch of convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, allowing me to prepare my own meals if desired. The electric blankets and flat-screen TV in the room were a nice touch, providing extra comfort and entertainment. The dining breakfast offered a delicious spread of food that satisfied my morning cravings.

I would highly recommend this place to friends looking for an enhanced and comfortable experience with excellent service.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at De Oude Opstal. Henk and Mardi, the owners, were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and recommended off-the-beaten-path experiences that made our trip memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The breakfast prepared by Henk and Mardi was excellent, and they even helped us make a reservation at the amazing Bourbon Street restaurant. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had an amazing time. the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast was scrumptious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel is situated in a quiet part of town but still close enough to the main attractions. the hosts were friendly and always available to help with any queries we had.

The hotel grounds were a bit neglected and could do with some attention. There were no outdoor seating areas and the pool was out of order.

Located in a charming area with beautiful vineyards nearby, this B&B offers spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a fantastic breakfast. the friendly hosts are always helpful and make for a pleasant stay. the outdoor pool and gardens are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, while some rooms offer a stunning mountain view.

The decor may not be to everyone's taste and may feel a bit outdated.

The rooms at De Oude Opstal are absolutely stunning! The 40 m2 luxury room with aircon made us feel like royalty. The wooden floors added a touch of elegance that we truly loved.

Personally, we found the fountain on the private terrace a bit too loud at times. It might not bother others, but it was a minor downside for us.
